Provides clients with the information and guidance necessary to formulate and implement comprehensive tax and non-tax sensitive estate plans. Offers advice and expertise relative to estate planning in the various stages of life impacting planning goals, i.e. marriage, minor children, disability, divorce, second marriage, long term care, etc. Prepares documents designed to assist in achieving particular planning goals, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills; durable powers of attorney; living wills; and health care proxies. Advises and assists with business succession plans.

Advises fiduciaries on various obligations associated with the administration of an estate. Prepares estate tax returns, probate filings as well as documents relating to trust share funding, asset retitling, and asset distribution.

Works closely with business organizations to advise and assist with the resolution of the various issues facing the entity, including governance, succession, and maintenance.
